  Marylou Vasquez, a chemical specialist at the PANYC hair salon in Chelsea, is originally from El Paso, Texas.
For 6 years, she worked for Visible Changes – five of them on the artistic team. While working with Visible Changes, she participated in a number of make-overs for members of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders.
Since 1992, she has gained immense experience in coloring hair.
Her retail experience began in Texas, and she has worked with Sebastian, Wella and Ariella.
While working with Ariella, she taught chemical application. She also served as a platform educator at the I.B.S. Show at the Jacob Javitts Center in New York City and coordinated photo shoots.
She was also featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show as a make-up artist.
In New York, Marylou has been a chemical specialist and assisted in photo shoots while employed at John Dellaria in Soho.
Currently, Marylou is a colorist and chemical specialist at the PANYC salon for the past four years where she is also co-owner.

“My goal is to become an innovator of the latest techniques and trends. I hope to sharpen and expand my existing skills while maintaining my sense of imagination and creativity. I hope to continually build on my previous accomplishments,”
